Read and write reviews
As a marketplace and for the associated (optionally available) Storefront online stores, SHOMUGO offers a rating function for the respective products and merchants. The written reviews are not checked. However, we actively fight against fake reviews, which is why the review function is only available for purchased items.
As soon as you as a customer have purchased a product from a merchant, you can rate the product and the respective merchant. We ask you to note the following in this context:
In the case of product reviews
- Please remain as objective as possible and try to reflect only your own experience and handling in product reviews
- Write the review as friendly or neutral as possible - especially in case of a negative experience, useful and concrete feedback is more effective than unkind remarks or insults
- Write content that you expect from other customers. How is the quality? How is the handling? Were your expectations met? Would you recommend the product to others, if yes, why? If no, why not?
In case of dealer reviews
- Please remain as objective as possible and try to reflect only your own experience in your evaluation of the dealer/seller.
- Write the review as friendly or neutral as possible. In order for the dealer/seller to improve their service, constructive feedback is helpful.
In any case
- Refrain from insults.
- Write honest reviews (fake reviews will be sanctioned)
- Do not publish private data
- URLs to other marketplaces or online stores, as well as price portals are prohibited
- References to prices or alternative ordering options are prohibited
